Hardcore music fans may remember Yukimi’s angelic voice on Sbtrkt’s classic hit single “Wildfire”. Yukimi featured on “Wildfire” with her group Little Dragon, the group consists of Yukimi Nagano, Erik Bodin, Fredrik Wallin and Håkan Wirenstrand.
“Break me down” is Yukimi’s first offering as a solo artist, Yukimi’s trademark voice gracefully glides over a cool alternative rock inspired backing track .The music video for “Break me Down” pays homage to Ingmar Bergman’s iconic film “The Seventh Seal”.
“This video was shot at Hovs Hallar and the beach where Ingmar Bergman shot some immortal scenes for his film The Seventh Seal.
We redid the iconic scene with Death and the Knight at the exact same position/framing as a tribute the this old masterpiece.
The music video was shot on the very last panting day of summer in south of Sweden this year in the beautiful light and colors of September.”
